We were about to get a sunroom fitted and a near neighbour had a similar install being done by Brightspace. They couldn't recommend Brightspace highly enough, so we went with them too. It was one of the best referrals I've ever had.From start to finish the team at Brightspace were a pleasure to deal with. Brightspace did a Roof Conversion to our conservatory and we are extremely pleased with the workmanship. Mark came to visit us to advise on the project. He then handed over to Niall who organised the various stages, keeping us updated along the way. Everyone involved were very professional and cleaned up after there work. I had the idea of adding a conservatory to my house. I was pleased to receive detailed advice from Brightspace. I was given a view of how it would look later and exactly how much it would cost. It's a hefty sum, but one I'm happy to invest in a reputable company. I was also given the deadlines until completion and, despite the international crises, they were met. The teams worked hard and each did their part. I am happy that the result meets my expectations and I can hardly wait to place the furniture in it. But before that, the new building has to dry for a few weeks. I'm curious what my neighbours will say about it and I'm happy to recommend Brightspace.

Brightspace completed a roof conversion on our existing conservatory. We found them a pleasure to deal with right from the order phase through to its completion some three weeks later. The entire team were a pleasure to deal with, very prompt, conscious of cleaning up and all work was completed to a very high standard. We can only say that we are more than happy with the conversion of our conservatory to a Sunroom. Brightspace were excellent in every way. These days it is rare to find a company so professional. They had built our conservatory 18 years ago and we never had a day’s trouble with the build or afterwards. So when we decided we wanted to roof it they were the 1st people we went back to. They visited and completed a technical survey and gave us sound advice before arranging the contract. From the word go we were kept up to date with the different stages of the project. Every evening we either got a text or call letting us know what would happen the next day and asking were we happy with the progress of that day. The workmen were very professional, punctual and so so tidy, they were very easy to chat to if we had any query. Our existing room was completely covered and protected before removing the roof. The area outside was covered with plastic sheeting to protect the grass and paths. We are very happy with the finish and we now have a well-insulated and cozy room. We would not hesitate to recommend Brightspace to my extended family and friends.

Our experience with Brightspace was positive from start to finish. All of the work was done to the highest standard and although access to the site was challenging, it was never an issue for them. Brightspace are very customer focused and any queries were dealt with immediately. In fact, we felt like we were dealing with a large family rather that a building company. We were nervous about building our extension due to negative experiences of family and friends when building their's but we were reassured by Brightspace's professionalism in the early stages and this continued to the end of the work.

There are few companies we have engaged over our life time (now retired) who deserve 5 star rating but with all honesty Brightspace deserves all and more. From the very first engagement, advice given was in our interest and never a hard sell, their expertise in all aspects, from Gov regulations to ensuring least disruption to ourselves and our neighbours. What is most important to everyone thinking of doing something similar is the quality and finish. There are many skills needed in the work provided, a small project is no different to a large project you need many skilled professionals. This is where Brightspace excels they project manage each step calling on different teams of experts when needed. Finally great care protecting our home during the process was very much appreciated and when finished the cleanup was just as impressive.
