A rectangular sunroom was designed to maximise the footprint of the room.
We positioned a roof window on each facet of the roof so the room could benefit from natural light at any time of the day.
The doors were positioned to the front of the building to seamlessly integrate the sunroom into the garden as the large panels of the glass in the doors would allow a great view to the garden.
There was a deck in the way which needed to be removed to allow for the foundation work.
The client wanted the same floor level in the new sunroom as the inside room so we needed to excavate the ground lower to allow room for the floor insulation.
We incorporated a set of internal rooms to allow the room to be divided and kept separate so they could have 2 separate living rooms but could also open up as one.
White frames and feature corner pillars were chosen to give the sunroom a contemporary look and feel. Four large opening windows were installed to ensure adequate ventilation during the summer months.
The floor level was brought up to match the existing floor level of the home. Steps were then constructed leading to the garden.
A stunning example of a bright and cosy sunroom which blends in perfectly with the existing home.
This sunroom was built within the 4-5 week time frame and on Budget.
We are really happy with the sunroom and the professionalism of your team.
