The client requested a room that would be bright, spacious and could be used all year round. The client wanted to maximize the light into the home, whilst also having a contemporary colour on the outside. They also requested making the sunroom open-plan to the rest of their home to make it easier to access for their growing family.
The garden needed some work before we started. There was a granite rockery in place that the client wanted to keep and a number of trees that needed to be removed to make space for the new sunroom.
The client requested that we extend their central heating into the new sunroom. This would be difficult because there was no direct access to the boiler or hot-press.
Grey on white frames, and ornamental pillars were used, to create a contemporary look and feel to the sunroom. Four roof windows were incorporated into the design to maximize light. 2 large viewing windows were constructed to enhance the client’s view of the garden, and the door was positioned on the side of the new room, for easy access into the new path we constructed.
This door position also maximized space in the new room. We also successfully extended the central heating, by running the pipes from the boiler behind the kitchen presses into the new sunroom.
Another beautiful brightspace sunroom, which works perfectly as a playroom. The clients were delighted with the spaciousness, brightness and the view of the garden.

Everything was properly planned and prices agreed up front. Brightspace always kept us in the loop about timing and ensuring that the project was going ok, and the team were friendly and left the place very clean. My wife and I are very happy with the completion and the quality of the job. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Brightspace Home Improvements, and we will definitely use them for future projects
