We created a contemporary design using Anthracite Grey frames and distinctive feature corner pillars.
Two roof windows were included to maximise the light.
There was a large drop from the existing house floor to the ground level.
The client wanted the same floor level in the sunroom as the dining room so they could seamlessly extend their flooring from the dining room into the new living room.
We used picture frame windows to enhance the view of the garden. The doors were positioned to the side to open out onto the patio area.
We removed a set of doors to create an open plan sunroom. The heating was extended into the new sunroom to create a warm and cost room.
The client then ran the same flooring from the house through into the sunroom.
A bright, spacious, cosy and contemporary room for all the family to enjoy.
Our clients were delighted with how big the sunroom felt but still they had more than enough garden space left over to enjoy.
The new sunroom has not darkened the inside room and they felt that the new sunroom had the effect of bringing the garden into the home.
We have just had a sunroom installed by Brightspace Home Improvements and are absolutely delighted with it. From the very start we had a good feeling about this company. Mark couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us decide what we wanted. He took us through everything step by step and provided all the detail we needed from drawings to building work to finances. There were no hidden surprises. Once the work started we knew what was happening day by day. Niall called regularly and kept us updated. The team of workers were a pleasure to deal with and left the place clean every day. From our experience, we can highly recommend Brightspace for the professional company they are.
