We cannot speak more highly about Brightspace. The consultation process from Mark was second to none. Niall kept us abreast of everything during the building process, while Donal and all the lads on site were absolutely super. Our build was bespoke enough and the level of detail applied by the lads on site was fantastic. You're not just getting a building service here, you're getting "craftsmen". Before selecting Brightspace to build our conservatory/sunroom, we investigated several other suppliers. We selected Brightspace because though the most expensive, they were completely professional in all their dealings from the design manufacture and installation to the snag list (Brief). I would have no hesitation in reccommending Brighspace to anyone looking for a professionally designed and built conservatory.

We used Brightspace to change our conservatory roof, from a polycarbonate plastic to full insulated tiled roof, in November 2021. We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out. We had various teams for different parts of the build and every single one of them were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. Top quality product, service and installation. BrightSpace installed a new veranda to the rear of our house. What most impressed me about Brightspace Home Improvements was their professionalism. I had the glass roof of an existing lean-to conservatory replaced and everything from first contact, through survey, detailed measurement, fitting of roof and windows to insulation and plastering were done with meticulous attention to detail. All activities were completed to perfection and on time and I am very satisfied with the end result - even better than expected. Well done Brightspace!

Brightspace replaced our (very) old conservatory with a new one. We are very happy with the standard of the work and the efficiency with which it was carried out. We were given notice of each stage of the work before it happened, and all dates and milestones were met. All the employees of Brightspace and of the builders who prepared the base and associated works were friendly and helpful. All in all a very positive and painless experience. We are delighted with our new conservatory.

We recently got Brightspace to do out sumroom extension. They were unbelievable to deal with. Initially Mark met us , he designed everything was so professional and full of ideas. Then our project manager Niall was excellent from the get go and kept us informed as to the work and its progress. all the lads working on the project were top quality and were always on time, top workmanship. Great experience with a great outfit. any questions ask me but I'd easily recommend the lads .

It was the best managed project I have seen. Our conservatory re-roofing and window glass replacement took just 8 working days, well within the time agreed. It went like clockwork with virtually no inconvenience.We are most impressed with the high quality materials used and the expertise of the team and are glad we choose Brightspace's solution. It's a great piece of work and we are delighed with the high standard and appearance of our "new" conservatory. We are also confident that it will be warm and cosy next winter !

Having just had our conservatory conversion completed by BrightSpace,we can absolutely recommend them to anyone considering a conservatory conversion. Throughout every step of this project, we were 100% delighted! At the initial consultation, Mark clarified the possibilities and options, and then gave ample time for us to decide on our specific needs. The task involved the demolition of an existing conservatory and the construction of a completely new sunroom on the same site.Once work began, communication passed smoothly to Niall, who managed the project site and provided comprehensive information and reassurance in advance of and during each stage. Communication throughout was freely available, speedy, thorough and reassuring.The workmanship, skill and attention to detail by each crew member and by each crew manager was excellent. They all worked professionally and so hard, in a co-ordinated way, with enthusiasm and good humour.The finalisation of the project came within the anticipated timeframe and was accompanied by the thorough checking that all our requirements had been met.- They most certainly had! I recently had my conservatory roof replaced by a solid roof with velux windows. I contacted Brightspace and received an immediate response. Did what they said they would do, on time and budget and left the place very clean and tidy afterwards. All of the people involved were very pleasant and professional and easy to deal with. Not the cheapest on the market, nor the dearest, but worth the little extra to get a quality product, the level of service and professionalism delivered. We decided to go with Brightspace because we knew that we would get quality and professionalism from the start and we were not mistaken. Mark kept us up to date on when the build will happen, Niall informed us how the Orangery would be built and the technical aspects of it. Niall also made sure that we were fully informed when the builders, window fitters etc. were coming and how long they would stay and explained at each stage what was happening, why and how. It was a fast build at 4 weeks, something I thought would be longer but it was a very efficient build. Would I go to Brightspace again if I have another task in mind, yes they would probably be the only ones I would go to as I am very satisfied with the completed build.

There aren't enough superlatives to describe the wonderful service this company offers. I'm the extremely satisfied owner of a new Brightspace garden room. The different team members involved in laying the foundation, plastering the base, erecting the structure and wiring for electricity were so professional, efficient and very conscious of maintaining social distancing and wearing masks. Every piece of packaging was removed from site when they finished.This is my second purchase from Brightspace (conservatory in my previous home) and I didn't think they could exceed my expectations this time around - but they have done just that!Strong customer principles, professional yet personable service, impressive attention to detail, impeccable dedication to meeting deadlines..... they're unbeatable! We needed to replace the old glass roof on our conservatory as the panels were damaged and causing damp. I contacted a number of potential suppliers, and Brightspace responded almost immediately, asking for pictures of the work we needed, and then followed up with a quote within a couple of days. Although we were still working under COVID restrictions, they were able to provide this service as the existing roof damage was classed as an emergency repair, due to the leakage.We agreed a date to commence, the crew arrive exactly on time, maintained all appropriate social distancing protocols, and really impressed us with heir speed, cleanliness, professionalism and courtesy. The advice that the account manager and project manager offered was excellent, and the finished result was everything we could have wished. I think that being able to support highly professional Irish companies is hugely important, none more so than now, and Brightspace certainly delivered a level of quality and service that we could not fault. Highly recommended.

We were most impressed from the start. The professionalism, communication and the customer-friendly approach by everyone involved was reassuring. It was obviously a well-trained team pulling together to satisfy the customer, and this included the support staff in the office. During the construction work everyone was polite, friendly and tidy. As their own blurb says, they might not be the cheapest, but they are the best in every other way.

Right from initial quote to final finishes the Brightspace team can only be described as extremely professional. We had an old Perspex roof conservatory re-glazed and roofed and could not be happier with the result. It's actually usable in the Summer now and the warmest room in the house in Winter! Special call to out to Mark and Niall for keeping the whole project on track.

This year we decided to get an extension and chose to go ahead with Brightspace because Mark went through all details (design, structural) in such a knowledgeable and friendly way, assisting us with different budget options.
